From the moment I walked into the Advanced GroHair and GloSkin Clinic, the staff made me feel incredibly welcome and comfortable. The clinic was clean, modern, and had a calming atmosphere. The team was not only friendly but also knowledgeable, taking the time to address all my concerns and ensure I felt fully informed. I truly felt in great hands. I visited the clinic for hair fall, they suggested me for an PRP and GFC session as the genuine way to stop the hair fall and grow minimal hair. The doctors and staff are very good and professionals in their field. Results are also visible after my hair treatment sessions started.

SAVE YOUR MONEY. I consulted this clinic in June 2024 for hair loss. Dr. BHARATHI examined my scalp and promised 85% regrowth with PRP, GFC & OLT, initially quoting ₹80K but quickly agreeing to ₹50K....

I consulted this clinic in June 2024 for hair loss. Dr. BHARATHI examined my scalp and promised 85% regrowth with PRP, GFC & OLT, initially quoting ₹80K but quickly agreeing to ₹50K. She never disclosed the endless upselling of shampoos, conditioners, biotin, and other meds.

GFC sessions were rushed, done in under 2 minutes without focusing on affected areas. After the 3rd session, she admitted no visible results and vaguely promised extra sessions. Soon after, the entire staff changed, and the new doctor barely examined me before declaring the treatment over. No follow-up.

REFUND NIGHTMARE

1. After failed results, I requested a refund. Manager Anu made me wait 40+ mins, then refused a scalp check, instead pushing more treatments.
2. She ignored my calls/messages, later passing me to Clinton, who seemed helpful but kept delaying with false promises of an "audit."
3. 8 days later, I got a template email rejecting my refund, blaming *me* for the lack of results & even *threatening legal action* for requesting it.

If results were "in my hands," why promise 85% regrowth? I followed every instruction, never skipped treatment, and still got ZERO results. They refused to refund my ₹50K, but still I hope this review saves at least three people from losing ₹1.5L. Avoid this clinic. AND DON'T YOU DARE TO THREATEN ME TO WRITING MY GENUINE FEEDBACK AND WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE.

I recently had PRP treatment at Advanced grohair and gloskin clinic (Indiranagar), and I was quite delighted with the care and skill I received. The staff and doctor were professional, guiding me through the procedure with care and knowledge. Hairfall has decreased slightly, but my treatment is still pending for another four months. So I'll be providing input in the future, along with images of improvements.
