🌟 Extremely Disappointing Experience – Lack of Transparency & Accountability 🌟

I had a deeply disappointing experience at AK Clinic Indiranagar during my hair transplant procedure.
Here’s why:

1️⃣ Breach of Consultation Agreement – During my initial consultation, the doctor recommended a transplant for both the front and crown areas and discussed a cost breakdown of 1400 + 500 grafts. However, during the pre-examination, the doctor completely disregarded the crown area. Despite my insistence—both before and during the procedure—it was ignored. They did not fulfill what was initially promised.

2️⃣ Graft Count Discrepancy – Two technicians counted and confirmed 1800 grafts after harvesting, but suddenly, at the last moment, they claimed it was 2000 due to a "counting mistake." A discrepancy of 200 grafts is highly questionable, especially when it occurs at the billing stage.

3️⃣ Overcharging & Lack of Documentation – After the procedure, I was charged for 2000 grafts instead of the 1800 grafts that were initially confirmed. I repeatedly asked for harvest entries and proof of graft count, yet even after six months, they have refused to provide any details despite multiple follow-ups.

4️⃣ Misleading Pricing & Advance Payment Issue – Initially, I paid for 1900 grafts as an advance, but at the last moment, they claimed that 60K only covers 1700 grafts, contradicting the earlier agreement.

5️⃣ PRP Package Mismanagement – I also opted for their PRP + LED + Dermaroller (3 sessions) package. However:

In one session, LED was skipped because the machine was "under repair."
In another session, Dermaroller was skipped, with the excuse that "hair is growing, so it shouldn't be disturbed." False promises and incomplete treatments!
6️⃣ Forgery & Post-Signature Alterations – Shockingly, after I had signed my documents during the procedure, they added their own comments post-signature, falsely stating that I had verified the graft count. I have proof of what I originally signed. This is highly unethical and raises serious concerns about their integrity.

Despite multiple discussions, calls, and follow-ups, they have refused to provide any clarity, documentation, or resolution. This level of dishonesty, mismanagement, and lack of accountability is completely unacceptable.

🚨 I strongly advise anyone considering this clinic to be extremely cautious. They do not honor their commitments, they alter records after signing, and they overcharge without proper justification. Transparency and ethics are severely lacking at this clinic.

So far not ready to share the consulatation sheet, bills with details of grafts and procedure summary

Update :
After writing this review I've received call from them saying they have documents and I cannot do anything legally
After I shared the documents which I signed and post that they tampered then they offer to talk to their Chairman or the senior ( there are already reviews about how rude that person is so I declined ) and offered to compensate the 200 grafts in next procedure

I am no longer interested or having trust with this Clinic

I did my HT and gfc treatment from AK clinics. It was very effective in my hair growth. Drs explained all the details in advance and the Clinical team also supported well.
