I had a deeply disappointing experience with this dermatologist. I spent over ₹30,000/- hoping for proper treatment for my hyperpigmentation (I took a combination of Q-switch laser+ Chemical peels) as suggested by the doctor, but received little to no improvement in my condition. The treatment felt ineffective and the doctor had no time to do the treatment, her assistants (who were not even doctors) only did the treatments in my all 6 sittings. I regret trusting the high ratings here—please don’t be misled by the 5-star reviews. I would strongly advise others to seek a more reliable and result-oriented professional. This is a total Fraud.

Positives: the clinic is well equipped and maintained. Location is accessible. Various treatments are offered.
Negatives: I found the Dr to be a little unprofessional. I mentioned that I had dandruff, when she examined my scalp she remarked "oh wow, it's like stars in the sky!" I don't think that was necessary. It made me more conscious of it afterwards. The staff at the reception did not respond with interest once they noticed that I wasn't buying the prescribed medicines.
