I just had an amazing experience in dna clinic. Initially i had severe hair loss and after consultating so kany dr's and somuch treatment it was not reducing and my scalp area has been getting More visble day by day. i have reached to dna clinc and done hairbooster treatment it shows tremendous results. im really satisfied by the treatment from @dr sajini and her very kind and polite gesture towards me. Understanding patient completely and clarified my all doubts as well before the proceedure.all the staffs in the clinic was very good and polite. they deliver a good service as well. also i had severe acne and pimple issues that also got cured by the treatment from dna clinic, thanks to dna clinc and staffs especially dr sajini. thank you somuch

DNA Clinic was recommend to me..I genuinely had a doubt before coming here but later on, I Had a great experience and consultancy under Dr Ramya Ma'am for my Acne treatment.
The medications and treatments were very well told and guided by Dr Ramya.
The nursing staff Ms Liza was too kind during the SA peel..staff Mrs Ambika was really friendly,helping and very kind.
Dr Ramya had a constant check during my SA peel..which felt truly humble and kind

I called the clinic and enquired for online consultation. They said it can be done online and collected 2000Rs (via UPI) and asked me to send pictures of my skin ailment. I have sent the pictures on Monday. I was told that the doctor will consult me on Wednesday evening.
Even after waiting to connect with the doctor they didn't show up. I tried calling them and they said the doctor is attending to another patient and asked me to wait some more.
I waited 2 more hours and tried calling again after that point they stopped receiving my call or responding to my messages.
I feel cheated that they took money upfront but I don't know whether I will get my treatment or not.

[EDIT, response to business owner's reply] Turn around time is acceptable. However, I was given an appointment slot and a zoom meeting link, but no one showed up. I was never informed about cancelling or moving my appointment. My calls and messages to enquire about the same were left unanswered. Is this also as per your protocol?
Seems like the person responsible for managing appointments dropped the ball here and are showing me in the wrong incorrectly.

If you really want to improve your business I will strongly suggest that you recognise the actual gap in your service and the lack of trust that created in your customer.
