Worst experience...although was prepared for waiting timing basis prior reviews ; doctor to does not attend the patient patiently. She was too much in rush. although now when I have spend 2500/- will check to continue for further treatment and expect it goes well.

Advise if you have long awaited patient plz communicate on waiting time. Entire day is spoiled Doctors frustration clearly is seen when she attends patient.

The staff and doctors are friendly and have been answering all my questions very patiently.
I have been taking few sessions recommended by the doctor for my wedding to achieve that perfect glow.
3 sessions into it and already can see the massive difference.
I would highly recommend Dr.Rathi for all your skin issues.

"I had a mixed experience at [Dr Rathi] clinic. The doctor was excellent, very knowledgeable and helpful. However, the appointment seating and waiting area experience was extremely poor.

"We were made to wait for 2-3 hours without any clear indication of when we would be seen. There was no number queue or appointment system in place, which added to the frustration.

"When I tried to inquire about the delay, the staff at the counter was not only unhelpful but also extremely rude and dismissive. They shouted at me and showed complete disrespect, which was unacceptable.

"It's a shame that the poor management and behavior of the support staff overshadowed the excellent care provided by the doctor. I hope the clinic management takes immediate action to improve the waiting area experience, implements a proper appointment system, and trains their staff to be more courteous and respectful.

Dr. Pallavi is excellent—her treatment, diagnosis, and staff are all top-notch. However, the booking platform Practo is extremely frustrating. I strongly advise against booking appointments through it. Once you do, they continue calling for months, repeatedly asking about your treatment details and payment, with no end to the follow-ups. Dr. Pallavi is fantastic, but this platform’s service is truly disappointing. Be cautious!
