I visited Oliva Clinic for acne scars, and the experience was fantastic! The dermatologists here are highly experienced and very knowledgeable. After examining my skin, they suggested a personalized treatment plan suitable for my skin type. The results have been amazing, and it brought back my confidence. Not only that, the clinic maintains high hygiene standards, and the ambience is very warm and welcoming. The staff is incredibly supportive. I highly recommend Oliva for any skin and hair concerns!

She also walked me through post-care procedures and what to expect in the future. The staff there ware pleasant too and it was a positive experience overall.

Most useless clinic as far communication is concerned. No responses on time, have to follow up multiple times

Paid for laser hair removal package years ago. Being someone that stays in a different country, I have a very small window to find an appointment. There is 0 effort from Oliva staff to find a slot that works for you. They will tell you they will give a call or you will just get a welcome message as response and nothing else.

I have no intentions of returning to this clinic ( any branch in hyderabad) at all. I want my payment be returned to me as early as possible.

Soon after posting this review, they reached out and were going back to call the next day . Almost a week and no call still.
