A very disappointing experience with toothsi Nungambakkam branch , im nearing the end of long 1.5 years alignment program with issues in alignment near the end , doctor suggested a rescan and I'm waiting for the appointment since almost a month , the centre is not picking up calls and not addressing issues promptly!!! . It's been a stressful couple of weeks. Team , could you kindly pick the call ?? Ice been calling atleast 10 times a day

insisted a lot to make take up this service then I also agreed, I paid 55 thousand but there was no result from it . Whatever we needed they wouldn't fulfill it ; they did it according to their preference ,and we were made to agree to it very disappointed ☹️ , unprofessional very bad service and they focus our money only ...better to move on near by dental clinic ❤️

2. Very behaviour by clinical people who are not doctors please don't go here.its a scam.they will call around 10 times in a day for payment.after that noone responds for any concern.
3.the person who did for me was very rude.really frustrated.
4.they won't provide you refund also.please don't do in toothsi.better go with dental clinics

Dr. Hema Suresh is super helpful, She educated and explained everything neatly with a visual presentation which was very necessary for me to understand what I'm doing with myself.

Doctor was patient and understanding the entire photo and 3d scan process as I kept breathing out of anxiety. All went well and I'm looking forward to getting my teeth fixed.

The best part is Doctor Hema took the time to clear out the doubts, myths and questions I had. It was essential as I have to explain why my quality of life is affecting to my folks. (Crooked teeth so I'm having improper bites)

The entire session was free and I came half hour late. The front office was also kind and hospitable.

Good parking space for two wheelers,
Clean, Maintained and Hygiene Restroom.
