Extremely disappointing experience. The staff is inconsistent, and the doctor pushes treatments for even minor issues. After a laser treatment caused a severe skin reaction, there was zero accountability—no proper diagnosis, just blame on the machine. When the doctor can’t explain the side effects of their own treatment, it’s hard to trust the clinic. To make it worse, there was no response when I asked for a refund. Would not recommend.

The staff Kaleema was very helpful and professional throughout the process , the environment was relaxing, and the products used felt gentle yet effective.
