Dr.Riddhi Shah is excellent in treating skin and hair issues. She would listen to our problem and accordingly consultant. We have visited for skin issue. She treated so well was impressed by her skills and knowledge.
Clinic is very clean and well maintained.
Waiting room is well arranged.
Nurses is also very polite and skilled.
Overall all staff is very kind , generous and focused towards their work.
I had great experience in Agless Medica Ghatkopar.

Highly unprofessional. No point in taking an appointment as Dr. Riddhi Shah is anything but punctual. I visited twice and both times I had to wait for more than 30 mintues even after having a confirmed appointment. Worst part is after waiting they say the doctor will come only if you make a cash payment. If not, they cancel the appointment without any intimation and ask you to go back. The patient is of least priority here. They only care about money and will consult only if you make a prepayment.
