The worst experience ever. Doctor viral Desai is very egoistic and doesn’t have any concern towards the patients. He charged 3k as a consultation charges and gave me nothing but the worst feeling ever about my self. Very unprofessional and rude. Very very very less concerned. I will highly complain about him and will request you do not go to him to waste hard earned money. I wish i could file a complain against him and punish him for his unethical ways to earn money by disrespecting people.

visited Dr. Viral Desai for a facial consultation with genuine interest and a lot of emotional investment, as this was a very personal and important decision for me. While the clinic is well-maintained and his credentials are impressive, I found the interpersonal experience quite difficult.

Throughout the consultation, I felt judged rather than understood. Asking questions even respectfully often seemed to be met with defensiveness, and at times, the tone came across as more ego-driven than patient-centric. I believe every patient deserves a safe space to express doubts and explore options, especially when considering something as life-altering as facial surgery.

This review isn’t about his skill or technical competence, but rather the energy and attitude I experienced — which left me feeling emotionally dismissed rather than supported. For anyone considering a surgeon, emotional safety matters as much as clinical skill. I would encourage others to go in with clear expectations and see if the communication style works for them
